Jili Evo Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Jili Evo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and features offered on the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Jili Evo. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. If age verification reveals that a user is a minor, their account will be immediately closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

• Each individual may register only one account.
• If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address; however, verification may be required if fraud is suspected.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet will only be considered valid once a confirmation message has been received from the system.
• If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has started.

3.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment become final. Jili Evo reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error is found in the displayed odds.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled entirely, all bets placed on that event will be voided and funds will be refunded.
• If an event does not resume within 12 hours of its scheduled time, all related bets will be considered void.
• For partially completed events, results will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of the sport.

3.4 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event and market, and are clearly displayed on the Platform. Jili Evo reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.1 Deposit

• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Using a third party's account for deposits is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made from an account in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jili Evo Platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets while having the ability to influence or know the outcome of a game.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money.
• Use of Bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating accounts under multiple identities to claim bonus offers.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threats or Harassment: Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Jili Evo may suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Failure to verify age.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

• Delays caused by issues with third-party services such as payment gateways.
• Loss of login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from technical errors — though we always strive to resolve such issues promptly.
